I was told over the phone that my account got deleted, when I asked how that happens the response was “ it just happens sometimes” and she refused to help me any further. I ended up calling the Binghamton branch and they were so accommodating and helpful and I was informed that my account was not deleted. If you need assistance don’t call the vestal branch."
