"I train at 10th Planet Burbank and my son was playing in a baseball tournament in Oneonta, New York. I called the Oneonta Jiu Jitsu Academy a couple of weeks before we left and their owner, Matt Martindale, invited me to come in and train with them for the week I was in town. Not only was the instruction excellent and very well organized but their entire team could not have been more welcoming and helpful. They have students of all ages and levels and I was lucky to train with several very high-level young wrestlers, law enforcement professionals, and some very knowledgeable and talented brown and black belts.
