"THIS IS NOT BASED ON THE PERSON WHO DID MY EARLY REFUND TAXES. IT IS BASED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CORPORATE. When I went in to file, 2 numbers got mixed up on my estimate and made it look like my income was $12,000 more than it was it actually was. Therefore I received the lowest early refund amount. The mistake was able to be changed but im told I cannot file a new application. I'm told there is absolutely no way that this can be fixed, though I know there is a way. I've contacted people in the corporate office and human resources and NO ONE responds. The employee did fine, there was a mistake made and we all make mistakes, but jackson hewitts corporate and higher level employees don't care because I am one person of a million that use them."
