"If I could, I would give minus one million stars. They help scammers and fraudulent companies! Please stay away! What a shame! They do not even care about your needs. Two, almost three months of dispute and they still are not giving my money back! What an unprofessional bank! Shame, shame, shame! Please stay away from the ones in Owego, NY"
"15 years with the bank. Legitimately, 100%, did not miss a single payment on car loans, personal loans, etc. Started driving for Amazon Flex temporarily between jobs for 8 months, and still, did not miss a single payment. A lady ran a stop sign and totaled my car. Loan was paid off, plus $6,600. Visions denied a new car loan because I did not have 2 years of 1099 work history, effectively putting me out of a job. They may be your only bank, but you're just an account number to them, not a person, not a customer with perfect payment history, not a human being. They do not deserve our loyalty if they are not willing to return it when it's needed the most. EDIT: What a copy and pasted canned response. You don't care about your customers or you'd return their loyalty. Your customers aren't people to you, they're just account numbers from which you can profit via interest. What a joke."
