"This local branch is awful, no one ever knows what they are doing and they are the rudest staff I have even encountered. They didn’t know how to set up an account I needed and talked down to me when I kept showing them the form and what I needed to open. I ended going to a different bank that knew exactly how to do, what I needed. I’ll NEVER go to this bank again. The one bank teller never looks up and looks inconvenienced when a customer comes in. Rudest, uneducated about accounts, bank I have ever been to."

The bank is squeaky clean and the staff has never failed to be welcoming and warm. "Amanda is not personable AT ALL ! Completely passive aggressive and when confronted she says that she has no problem at all. Amanda should not be the branch manager, she needs better personal skills interacting with the public - switching my banks because of her. Been with y’all since 2014 and she completely ruined it for me !!!!"

I had left my bank card in the atm at Marcellus over the weekend , I call today to retrieve it , I spoke to a lady about it she was very rude in telling me “oh well there’s nothing we can do about it , cancel it “ then she hung up on me , literally . So I call back and spoke to a manager “Amanda” was her name , she is the “branch manager” what a joke . She was very passive aggressive and rude to me as well and hung up on me. How rude and unprofessional , I will be contacted corporate about this issue and I highly recommend ANY other bank than this pos , thank you !"
