"Lake Country is so so personal and caring. We have four dogs. I moved to this office because my original vet was very commercial and would never see our dogs for any emergency or problem visits. We were told on multiple occasions to call Cornell. I moved to LC and they have always found an opening and seem to genuinely care about our pups. I feel very lucky to have them available for our dogs care."

Fix it? Instead, you sent me a random text and deleted my appointment for Frannie in two days and my dental appointment for Colton at the end of April, which was scheduled in JANUARY! That's not cool."
