"Terrible company. Website was down for DAYS. Had to email them multiple times so I could order a transcript. Then the transcript was never received by the recipient. Had to order an electronic copy. Asked for a refund for the mailed transcript that was never received, and they just sent a robot email that said it would “resend the transcript” to the same address. Truly a terrible experience, would not recommend at all."
"Requested 2 transcripts, neither got sent. Had to reorder and call to try to get them to resend. They gave me an incorrect number for the school then hung up on me. Useless people who just take your money. FOLLOW UP ON YOUR TRANSCRIPTS…. They won’t send if you don’t"
"What a scam. They will not let you cancel an order even less than an hour after placing it. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for these bad customer practices."
"Perhaps one of the worst organizations on the face of the earth. The transcript software is abysmal, frequently goes down and crashes in the middle of a transcript ordering session. Customer service ranges from non-existent to active hostility, they clearly have no ability to fix anything. Finally, let's not forget the fact that they are a "non-profit" but charging $10+ to have an AI send an email, the devil himself couldn't come up with a more ridiculous sounding "non-profit" business model."
