"Wow. Just wow. The fact that this business (if you can even call it that) is still open is beyond me. I sent my child here, and he started crying. The fact that these "professional caretakers" can't handle a toddler crying, even though that what they are for is just stupid. They will call you in the middle of the day telling you that your child needs to be picked up because they are crying. Some of these people are amazing, such as Terry and Grace, Amy and Mickey, just to name a few. But Heidi is really just horrible to he kids. When I picked my kid up, she was yelling at a kid for some dumb reason. Wow."

"Having transitioned from a nanny to needing after-school assistance, Chittenango Childcare Center consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our family. Excellent communication skills, beyond reasonable rates, and the most important part is that my children look forward to spending time with their friends (and usually pout when it's time to go home) and their favorite teachers. Clear policies about safety and health, a rotating menu for meals and snacks shared well in advance, and a themed newsletter monthly keeps parents in the loop about fun happenings in and around the center. Whenever possible, the children are encouraged to engage in our community and have ample outdoor play space. Each and every staff member has grown to be an extension of our family and we are so thankful to have the opportunity for our kids to attend."

"Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing, will call you to leave work to pick up your child once a week because they can’t handle a crying toddler. Don’t send your kids here! Extremely expensive, I pay full price with no assistance at $300 a week. The negligence and care are awful, had to sign an incident report once a week. I was told “my kid needs extra help” after he was already receiving services @ the daycare. Was one week behind on pay due to the holidays, and got a letter saying if I don’t catch balance up to 0 my child was in danger of being kicked out. It’s always the hard working people who these kinds of things happen too, while the people getting assistance just get to skate along. Multiple times I walked in to pick up my child and he was sitting alone in the room upset when I got there. Icing on the cake, a grown women told me my 2 year old purposely tried to trip her. Again stay away! They turn your child into a robot!"
