"I remember when I was searching for a place to start my fitness journey, and being overwhelmed by the choices laid out in front of me. Perhaps it was the color scheme, or Sarai's story, or maybe fate, but I couldn't be more happy with my choice. I'm about 8 months in, and have no regrets. Gritt, Sarai the coach, the atmosphere of the studio, fit me like a glove. If you're reading this and on the fence, allow me to push you to give it a try. "I came to Gritt about 5 months ago. Saraii started me out with a “No Sweat Intro” which was a one on one session with her. She took the time to explain the class to me, we did a body scan so she can see where I was at and what I needed help with. I have never had someone take so much time and energy to help me with my fitness. As someone who knew nothing of the fitness world, Saraii has helped me every step of the way. Through every physical barrier and mental barrier, she has been there to support me and push me through. I can never thank her enough for her hard work and dedication to her members. Truly a remarkable place. I would recommend to everyone."

"I’ve been going to Gritt since November and it’s been an amazing experience! Coach Sarai is awesome and I always look forward to the sessions. Coach Sarai is very attentive and provides thorough workouts to help our needs. There are sessions for kickboxing and sessions for strength training and coach Sarai makes sure to provide accommodations to any member who needs it. She also makes each session fun with her comments and she makes sure to help us improve our form as well, encouraging us along the way. She has also helped me with my nutrition plan and I’ve been seeing progress these last few months :)"
