"When my daughter told me she was interested in trying martial arts, I was a bit nervous to be honest. I remember my experience as a child was somewhat mixed in terms of how it made me feel about myself and what was required. Waverly Martial Arts has been nothing but positive, encouraging and supportive. I like that the little ones don’t have to spar each other, but they do have partner work to hone their skills. They play games to learn some skills and are very well entertained. The amount of movement & exercise is top notch, not to mention, there is often music playing, and I can’t help but rock out during the entire class. This has been an excellent experience & I’m hopeful that my son will show interest one day as well! This school is outstanding."

"My newly turned 3 year old daughter had her first class last night and we left blown away by the experience. She was the youngest and tiniest one there, but all of the older boys and girls were so sweet and welcoming of her. From how we were greeted when we got there, to the patience and kindness of the staff with a toddler, we are so glad this is the school we chose for our girl. She fell asleep in her bed 10 minutes after class which is a win in itself! They are running a really wonderful school here and my daughter already can’t wait to go back again. "My son has been attending classes here for a few months now and it has been a wonderful experience. The teachers bring so much fun and positivity while also teaching focus and discipline. We also just had his birthday party here and it was amazing. From start to finish the kids were engaged playing fun games and the staff took care of everything. They made my son feel like a rock star, getting to help lead the games, break a board with his karate moves and cut his cake with a samurai sword! Highly recommend!"
