"I came into the gym to ask about memberships. I spoke to one person at the desk who was very clueless when I spoke to him, and then had another girl walk over and she herself was a little bit more clueless that needs to be addressed when you have a Business like You’re running you need to have professional staff, knowing what they’re doing in any event I wanted to get a membership I had asked to speak to the manager. She was in a meeting. I said please have her get back to me. They said we’ll take your number and as soon as she gets out of the meeting will have her call you that never happens. I called back and they said they left her the message And that would have her call me. I still have not heard back. I’m just guessing that’s not a place where I’m gonna join and work out there in any event this is a big corporation that you run and it’s unacceptable that a person coming in to join your gym is not greeted correctly. and your staff are very clueless and have no knowledge about the different packages that you have you need to train them to know these questions so when someone comes in, they don’t have to wait for someone to get back to them . Calls are not returned and you’re losing money by that Just really unacceptable and I’m very unhappy. The sad thing is I’m coming from a gym very expensive and very large and the staff is knowledgeable. I am moving and I am downsizing in my home and downsizing in the gym aspect, but I don’t think I will be joining your gym not after what I went through and I still didn’t get a membership or any package deals. I think the thing to do is just call corporate and ask what the reason is behind the issue that I’m having"

"Nothing like hearing the staff, who cannot seem to get the gym open on time on the weekends, yell at an older man, to " Get the F@&k out, at 705 in the morning. Older man found door open, and went in. Male staff person, who was late, seemed to take exception. This is what happens when you hire children to staff your business."

"Staff is pretty nice. Only one star because the amount of grown adults that can't wipe down their machines is disgusting and sad. Toddlers clean up better than most adults. Y'all nasty"

"Went in to try the gym out and see if I wanted to sign up. The guy at the desk was very nice but the assistant manager wasn't up to date on his corporate policies. He denied my service dog when asked if they allowed them and refused to budge even when presented with corporate statement saying that Service dogs are allowed on premises. Mind you my service dog wasn't even with me because I wanted to check first. He said he hadn't worked with service dogs during his career and didn't want me to be bothered by other people saying that my dog wasn't allowed. That isn't up for him to decide or deal with. My service dog is very well trained and a service dog for a reason. Very disappointed and I will be reaching out to corporate about this matter."

"Great equipment, there are two of some machines so you don't always have to wait, plenty of benches and dumbbells, barbells, etc, all with safety features. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Both the members and staff keep the gym very clean. Convenient location. The app also has very useful features, for example, you can see how crowded the gym is at any given time. I would highly recommend Planet Fitness for anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness, even if they aren't necessarily interested in gaining muscle. There is something at Planet Fitness for everyone, including a large variety of cardio equipment. The only thing you won't find there is judgement from the staff and fellow members! On a personal note, I'm nearing 60 years old, I've only been working out for 13 weeks, and I have lost 5 inches off my stomach and gained 2+ inches on every muscle."
