"If you do not get to Simplicity, then you are missing out. As a novice practitioner, I was extremely hesitant to even go to any yoga studio. But I decided to try yoga to heal my aching body. I am an ice hockey player, and "gym rat" and have been suffering from various injuries. I went to about 4-5 other studios in my area to get a feel for it, and when I found Simplicity, I found a home.
