"I got my e-bike serviced here and the experience was positive from start to finish. I called 45 minutes prior to them closing to confirm they had a Schneider valve, which they did—and they were willing to take care of the situation before they closed. Since I wasn’t in a rush, I just dropped it off. And it was ready first thing in the morning for a ride, which was my goal. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and their pricing structure was fair. And the bike tune up was flawless.
