"I received daily calls and texts when they wanted me to sign up. However, after I signed up for a membership, I wasn't able to reach them by phone ever. It goes to VM. It is nearly impossible to cancel the membership, with hidden (fine print) fees and notice periods. One more turn off was that the studio is not being cleaned. I do not think there is any cleaning service, other than members wiping equipment after themselves."

"The gym and classes are great, I like the coaches here. However, there is something wrong with their billing system. I signed the paperwork of membership cancellation back in early February, but they still charged me on 3/19. I was challenged if my membership was downgraded or cancelled when I called them, I said I'm 100% sure it's cancelled. Then they sent me an email that my refund will arrive two weeks later on 4/1. Guess what, still nothing shows on my credit card account today."

"I joined OTF in August. It was something I always wanted to do. And finally did it! And joining the OTF Family is one I will never regret! I continue to work on my lifestyle goals and become a more healthier version of myself. I am able to do things I couldnt do 6/7 months ago. Going to OTF is an investment but you are investing in yourself and there is no better investment. From the friendly staff (the best front desk staff EVER) to the amazing coaches in the gym. I highly recommend OTF! I have a deep love and respect for all of the coaches! They take the time to show you the exercises and make sure your form is correct. They motivate you during class and cheer you on. I love when they call out your name giving you that extra push. Jalen is my favorite coach but all of the coaches are truly amazing and I know I am training with the best when I take a class with any of them. They have strength classes so when you need to give that rower or treadmill a break but still need to get a workout in you can take a strength class. They have even added a treadmill class for those that just want to get their cardio in. I not only highly recommend OTF but I highly recommend OTF of Edgewater!!"
