"Today I had an amazing 30 minute massage with Thomas. I haven’t had a deep tissue or proper massage in a while. I could feel the tension leaving my body (more work needed on that). He hit on so many tight areas that definitely needed some extra care, (making sure I was comfortable and not hurting the entire time) I left feeling looser.
