Our training system prioritizes improving joint ranges and core strength, addressing the common concern of diminished mobility that many clients face. By enhancing your range of motion, we not only improve your ability to move well but also support the appearance of a toned and agile body.

Expert-Led Training

Elizabeth Evans-Olivier, a certified expert in Functional Range Conditioning and STOTT Pilates, leads our training programs. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the body's musculoskeletal architecture, Elizabeth tailors workouts to suit the unique needs of each client, whether they are in the post-therapeutic phase or capable of intense physical training.

Pilates Mat & Mobility Classes

Our progressive, floor-based Pilates Mat & Mobility classes challenge joint angles to support and improve joint mobility, shoulder, and core strength. These equipment-free workouts require wrist strength and the ability to kneel or sustain a low kneeling lunge. Gloves and reinforced/knee-padded leggings are recommended for comfort. Please note, these classes are not suitable for individuals with knee or wrist injuries.

Personalized Attention

To ensure personalized attention, our classes are limited to 4-6 participants. Pre-register by calling or texting 201.390.3204 to secure your spot.

"Your Body Works, and the trainer behind it, made me stronger one session at a time. I was doing Pilates for 7-8 years and was used to high pace and "Olympic" level difficulty at a Manhattan studio, which often ended with ice packs and ibuprofen. I thought being in pain was part of doing Pilates. But when I moved to NJ during Covid, finding a new place was not easy. What I was looking for in a trainer was someone who could make me stronger but not aggravate my prior sports injuries. After reading Elizabeth's bio, I felt that I could trust her. And I was right. I have been seeing Elizabeth weekly since then. Elizabeth uses per PT-level knowledge of how "your body works" into individually crafted exercises for each session. "I have had severe shoulder pain daily, in both shoulders, for two years - due to small labrum tears as well as arthritis. I spoke with Liz and she told me what tape to buy and we set up an appointment time. Liz treated me via facetime three days ago. She instructed my husband showing him exactly how to tape each shoulder. She then showed me two shoulder exercises that she wanted me to do each day. I have been pain-free for three days - the quick end of pain has been astounding."
