Welcome to Soul Practice Yoga, a nurturing sanctuary in River Edge, New Jersey, where we believe yoga is for everybody and every body. Founded and run by women of color, our small, inclusive community invites you to join us in embracing the transformative power of yoga.
At Soul Practice Yoga, we offer a comprehensive Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program, certified by the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga School (RYS 200). Our 200-Hour YTT, starting on September 21, is designed to meet you where you are, guided by knowledgeable mentors and a personalized curriculum. Enroll now and save $300, or choose our private 1-on-1 training option for an equally rewarding experience.
Our offerings extend beyond teacher training. We provide a variety of classes, including Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), with a deep respect for the roots and evolution of yoga. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or seeking advanced, intensive study, we have a program tailored to your needs.
