"I went to this location for the first time and the front desk staff was not friendly nor welcoming. I was planning to shower there after class and this location does not supply towels which I thought was extremely odd for any gym. This also means no sweat towel, I was using my shirt to wipe sweat during class. This location is extremely tight with space and lacks common amenities. I would not go back."

"I joined OTF about a year ago thinking it would just be a “sweating for the wedding” endeavor. Boy was I wrong. I have never actually enjoyed being active until now. The workouts are challenging but doable. The coaches always strive to help you achieve your goals. Front desk staff is also very warm and professional. I never dreamed I’d gain so many friends here. I’m so glad I joined. You can be sure I’ll continue to work out after the wedding."
