"I am not a fitness girlie. I have not enjoyed running, biking, swimming, lifting, rowing, none of it. I took a chance at Y6 and directly after my first class I signed up. I was in love with it. A week later and I’m going twice a day, every single day. The instructors are amazing but the office staff is too! Olivia was here upon my intake and I see her all the time. She never ceases to brighten my day, encourage my practice, and motivate me to strive for the stars. No matter who you talk to or what class you take here, you won’t regret it!"
"Showed up late to a 9am class at 9:04am due to traffic. Two ladies at the reception desk said I was not allowed in. I asked if they had a grace period for those coming in late, and she said 5 minutes and it’s now 9:05am and I cannot attend the class. I have attended other studios/group classes where people are running late and show up late up to ten minutes with no problems. Not impressed and will not be back. What’s even more interesting is that I believe one of the ladies was the actual instructor of the class and she wasn’t even in the class yet."
