"What a wonderful gym. Amazing trainers who truly care to see you improve with each class. The trainers modify your workout according to your fitness level and correct you with kindness and a warm smile when needed. I am 55 and after 2 knee replacements. It’s the first time in my life I’m eager to go to the gym in the morning. The gym is clean and inviting. It’s a great place to get in shape and love the result. Thank you Tim , Caitlyn and Aliana for training me so well. The members are friendly and encouraging which makes the workout pleasant and motivating."

"I’ve been going to Metabolic for about 18 months and I can say that I have gotten much, much stronger without ever getting injured. For context, I’m over 50 and I started at about 300 lbs. I haven’t lost a ton of weight, maybe 25 lbs, but I’ve put on at least 30 lbs of muscle. And all the health problems once associated with my weight are gone without really being picky about my diet. The. workouts are well-structured to be challenging but modifiable. And the coaches do a nice job of challenging you while still taking into account your limitations. It is important to understand that the group classes are the only thing offered here. If you’re looking for a place to run your own program, this isn’t it. But it is a great place to get a full-body, strength focused workout which will also improve your cardio to a degree. The coaches have changed a bit over time, but I’ve never had a bad one. Tim and Caitlin, who run it now, are both fun and inspiring instructors who do well in motivating you while also protecting you from yourself. Finally, I’ll say that the community here is welcoming. I never felt judged over my weight. Only encouraged for the progress I’ve made."

"Great Gym, AMAZING WORKOUTS! A super clean facility with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! Alissa and Kyle are fun and encouraging coaches who really care about you and your fitness goals. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible. Additionally, the member community is incredible. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors Exercising alongside other people is super motivating and fun. I have made friends with people I never would have crossed paths with if I had not joined this gym. An added bonus I was not expecting! I have been a member for over a year now and have seen great health benefits. This program has decreased my cholesterol levels to normal. I have an improved pulse rate. I am physically and mentally stronger. I experience less anxiety. I have greater flexibility and mobility. My knee pain has decreased greatly. Every day living is just that much easier! I highly recommend Metabolic Fitness to everyone of every age. You won’t be disappointed. It is so worth it!"

"I LOVE working out at Metabolic Fitness! I have been going for 2 years to the Manlius location. When I started I was so weak & out of shape, but the transformation started right away. Each week I was able to do so much more. Alissa & Kyle are awesome trainers! I had never worked out with weights before or done interval training. I have gotten so strong & lean & I just feel so great! Every class makes me feel exhilarating! The music! The fun & yet challenging exercise stations that change daily. Lots of friends! I'm 63 & life is so much easier & better being strong & fit!"
