"On a busy Thursday evening, I was extremely gratified to be seen soon after I checked in with a wrist injury. The care and concern I received from the staff were greatly appreciated, and I was especially happy they didn’t prescribe any addictive meds for my pain, which was considerable, but suggested advil and Tylenol instead. The combination helped take the edge off the pain, for which I was very thankful. Getting in and out, the whole thing took less than an hour; my injury was diagnosed and treated with dispatch, and the professionalism of the staff was top notch. Thank you, WellNow!"

"Really nice people, friendly and professional. Walked in without an appointment for a pre-employment physical and drug test, It was quick and painless. Open 7 days a week and you can schedule an appointment on their website if you don't want to take a chance on waiting."

"Very professional and friendly staff. Front end person tskes initiative. She saw me struggling with the check in app and as soon as she finished with the person she was checking in helped me without my asking. Medical personnel are friendly, warm, and clearly knowledgeable. Both nurse and doctor were happy to answer questions as well as give information, yet without overwhelming me with info I couldn't understand. Don't choose a time slot though, because walk ins are prioritized over appointments. Just be patient and sit there. I chose a time slot, ran an errand and came back 40 minutes before my time slot. Watched 2 people walk in and put in rooms at and after my appointment time. I don't regret coming, but I'll never make that mistake again! I will just be patient and wait. Overall it was so much better than going to the ER. My issue needed attention but was not life threatening or an emergency so I would've been at the ER being pushed back for more serious issues. I highly recommend WellCare for when you need to be seen, but it's not a Medical emergency."

"We are from Ohio and If it weren’t for the fast work on me when i got into the Well Now emergency room on July 20th, I may not be here today. The doctor on duty did an EKG right away and I was in trouble with my heart. I was having a heart attack and they sent immediately for the ambulance that took me to Bassett Medical Center and I made it thru. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough. I will recommend Well Now Urgent Care forever.♾️"
