"Excellent 7yrs, unfortunate the past 2yr its Changed drastically to unprofessional care. She's a trainers in medical needs and treatments. Where are my real Dr's and nurses? Always serious problems... with new assistance assigned and I'm permanently disabled. Reported to bassett management's twice. I'm a retired surgical nurse and trying to work with the situation. Dr walker is my best with Dr Dar they help me and cares even though he retire and she moved."

"I have been taking my 6 year old here since newborn, and my second daughter as well. I’d have to say this is the best pediatrics office around. Everyone is so kind and caring, the nurses and front desk. All the providers have seen both my daughters and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. They are so informative and very responsive On my chart. There has been times I’ve booked appointments the night before for concerns and by morning someone is already calling and checking in to see what’s going on. I’ve even gotten phone calls in the past to see how my sick child was doing. I’d have to say Dr. Brane is one of the best primary doctors I have met for my kids and I’m grateful for each experience I’ve had with her she’s always been so helpful and I’ve never felt rushed there. All of my questions have always been answered. And I’ve always felt listened to."

"The receptionist named Amy is very unprofessional and hung up on me because I haven’t had my meds in a week or power at my house and I’m sick and having anxiety attacks so apparently she doesn’t care about people who need help her answer is they will get to it when they get to it I’ll be changing doctors"

"Balancing out the grammar horrendous, caps lock, text wall review of the previous reviewer who gave one star. From what little I understand of it, s/he claims this place is dirty and ONLY hires muslims and students from the city. Even if the last point is true, so what? It isn't. I prefer student doctors anyway. They have to start somewhere and they're under the supervision of a regular doctor. Fresh and most updated knowledge, new perspective, and at least two guaranteed opinions on diagnosis and treatment. Plus the students are more patient with me and explain things more to me. My child's pediatrician is very attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and CLEAN. She has been helpful with issues she's experiencing and we've seen great improvements since the two years we've been here. My only complaint: Parking - small and one side blocked off with a chain. Hard to get in and out when it's full."
