"My primary care up and left town (UHS). So I made an appointment here, I waited 5 months to see someone. I brought my medical records and explained that I have be experiencing worrying chronic symptoms for years now that my previous doctor had been looking into. So we needed to pick up where they left off. They decided to run the same tests that have never shown anything with my past doctor. I was supposed to come back in a month to discuss. As I was going to this next appointment, I get a notification on their app that it has been cancelled. I call and no one can tell me why, just that it’s been rescheduled out for A YEAR. I’m supposed to “get a call back” about what happened. It’s been 4 months and no one has reached out to me. Astounding negligence but not surprising considering it’s Bassett. Several monkeys in a trench coat could do a better job."

"This is about the worst doctors office I have ever been too. I went there to get a blood test and they sent me back an std test in the mail. I went back again to try get the right bloodwork done and this time they failed to send me the paperwork and I had to make another trip out there to demand the paperwork in person. They were lucky I didn’t file a claim against them. The only reason I went to this establishment was because they were the only ones that had open appointments, now I know why though! No one else wants to go here."
"I only saw the desk person and phlebotomist, but everyone was helpful and pleasant. Lorilynn went out of her way to get the order for my test straightened out when someone at Bassett hadn't made sure it was done. She is aces!"
