"People in this hospital billing wise haven’t the slightest clue what they are doing. I’ve been been transferred to the wrong department, hung up on, dealt with clueless people on the phone, had to deal with their nonsense billing practices, mistakes with medications and when I call they still can’t fix them and when i’ve been in the hospital they are rude and have lousy bedside manner. If there are other options available to you stay far away from both Fox and Bassett. They represent Oneonta and frankly they are an embarrassment to the community. My last doctor left the hospital because it was so bad and I think my primary left without telling his patients as my scripts are no longer written by him. Avoid, avoid and avoid in all sense of the matter."
