"Not very sure I how I feel about this place. I know I don’t feel secure here. I haven’t been treated poorly or anything. I guess I would say I feel brushed off. I’ve been going here since January. When I meat with my therapist the second time and opened up and explained to her that I had trouble opening up to strangers and proceeded to tell her things she followed up at the end of the appointment that she will be leaving and that I’ll only see her once more. I’m like okay well that sucks but I’m things happen I have only seen her twice so it not like I’m attached. However yesterday I called to reschedule my appointment for today because I’m really sick. I called and told them I’m sick and won’t be able to come in and would like to reschedule so they said okay no problem and put me on a “brief” hold, I held on got 13 minutes but then hung up to take care of my son and figured they’d cancel my appointment. I had a missed call from them today while I was sleeping. I called back and they said they put me down as a no show because I didn’t show up and she wasn’t able to get ahold of me. So I’m really not happy about that because they said there is no record of me calling and I felt like she seemed to think I was lying. I’m very good at keeping my appointments and rescheduling when needed. And I’m pretty sure the lady I spoke to today was also the lady I spoke to yesterday and she wasn’t very friendly to me today. So idk how I feel about coming here but will see how things go because so really like their Nurse Practitioner."

"I feel like I’m getting the help I need here. One of the intake nurses was super rude to me and tried to belittle my trauma and experiences; however my therapist and psychiatrist have both been helpful and supportive and inclusive (LGBTQ+). The staff is also very helpful and have answered any questions I’ve had."

"Really disappointed in the way I’ve been treated here. Nothing but cold and dismissive behavior towards victims of PTSD and abuse. To make it worst, I’ve been told just to “get over” my trauma, I talk for 5-10 minutes throughout a 40 minute session because I’m interrupted so much. Not being directed anywhere like I was supposed to for a diagnosis of another condition. And don’t expect for a call back or kindness from this place. At this point, you’d have a better chance at getting therapy from a kid."

"Worst place to go. Christen Snyder is rude to every client and doesn’t take their conditions seriously. Has insulted clients or purposely made them scared or worried. Never gets back to anyone either."

"Dismissive, judgemental, and clueless. Too much beaurocracy- require counseling continuously to see a shrink then the shrink won't diagnose or treat appropriately. Counselor also clueless and dismissive. No stated diagnoses, ever I was told. Sent me somewhere for adhd testing, but that place doesnt even touch adhd, only autism. Complete waste of time appears to be motto."
