"Not a very compassionate office. Never there, drop you as a patient and are extremely rude. Not what you would expect of a primary care dr."

"Dr. Fung was my primary for maybe 3 years. He was quite cocky/rude, but I only needed yearly physicals so I did not care. Then, out of the blue, I received a letter stating I was no longer a patient because I needed special care that he could not provide. Not sure what special care they are referring to. I did not realize yearly physicals were so difficult. Who just drops a patient like that? Do not waste your time here....unless you don’t mind having to find a new one after 2-3 years."

"Had been seeing Dr. Fung for about 2 years about the same issue. Every time I’d go to his office, he would always send me to a specialist.....for everything. I saw all the specialists he sent me to & then all of a sudden I received a letter stating he will no longer see me because “I need continuous care & he is unable to provide that.” What? Isn’t that what a primary is for? So I call to ask why. Receptionist states it’s because I did not follow through with specialists, even though I did! Basically, they didn’t care and now I have no primary to care for my current medical needs. A few months prior, my husband had received the same letter. They stated the same thing. I didn’t think anything of it until my brother-in-law was also just let go. Apparently, he was letting go of all the Spanish people!!"

"VERY thorough. The office manager picks up the phone on the first ring and you get a REAL PERSON on the other end of the phone, not a machine! Dr. Fung took the time to listen to my concerns and sent me for tests based on that. I highly recommend him."

"This guy is an idiot straight up. Even through they say they are taking patients, they denied somebody I know after reviewing their file and won't give a reason! Is that even legal? Can you deny a patient because they're almost out of their high blood pressure meds? Then the morons over there never called back and the person in question is stuck without HBP meds. Is THAT even legal. Somebody tell me if this is at a minimum beyond the fray protocol-wise? I demand that this doctor and ALL doctors have to give the reason, JUST LIKE creditors have to, when they deny a patient."
