"I have been a patient of this office for over 30 years and am now leaving this practice. Not only has the office staff been rude and condescending in the past, but Dr Garg actually called me today about an appointment I supposedly had which I told them to cancel. He raised his voice on the phone to me and told me "I don't have the time to babysit you." I am appalled that any doctor would raise his voice to a patient and suggest that he has to babysit. I am 65 years old, in good health and didn't see the need to see him every 6 months as he wanted. That is my prerogative as the patient. I have never even disagreed with him on anything and can't believe he spoke to me this way. I'm done."

"Been Customers for 10+ years and Dropped the whole family because we asked some questions and didn't use a portal?! Completely insane that he is a doctor and can't answer people questions. Maybe a few questions were asked in the past 5 years or so. Many other doctors in the area who are much better. Stay away."

"Dr. Garg is an excellent MD but Ameeta, the office manager decided to drop me as a patient for a reason that had nothing to do with me but deals with my father who lives in the same household. Apparently if you live in the same household as someone they don’t like because they called a few times to set up an appointment in order for him to become a patient, they will drop the whole family even if your on completely separate plan. I have been going to Dr. Garg for 5+ years, separate from anyone I live with. Ameeta wouldn’t even give me a copy of their policy and procedures to back up these allegations. Due to the way she handles business I would not recommend going to that office. Find another MD. There are plenty of other primary physicians out there that are just as good."
