"In the little over a year I’ve been a patient here they routinely “forget” to call in enough refills to get me through to the next appointment (always every 3 months because of the meds I’m on and NY law). Then the next month I find I have no refills left and they will hold my medications hostage until I go in to be seen again. It has happened that I’ve had to go in almost monthly for refills when they assure me at almost every appointment that they will send them in and just call in if I happened to need refills between appointments. I am on bupropion, buspar, metoprolol, valacyclovir, and atomoxetine. Some of those cannot be stopped abruptly without serious heart issues, outbreaks, or a downward spiral in my mental health. I am so tired of them penalizing me for their mistakes and holding necessary medications hostage so they can get me in more often. All of this is on top of pretty long wait times and them forgetting what was done at the last appointment. It’s even worse if they flip flop you between doctors. Then it is like a new patient appointment all over again. It is concerning that there doesn’t seem to be notes in my file regarding previous appointments. For the past couple years I have been fairly stable as long as I have my meds and all I really need from them are refills. They can’t even do that properly. I am frustrated and feel they are causing all of these problems so they can bill my (pretty good) insurance more often. We move in the summer and I had hoped to put up with it until then but this has gotten to be too much. It’s like they don’t care about my mental and physical health… it’s all about the $$$"

"I have been seen by Dr Ayaz on several occasions. At each and every visit it seems as she is rushing me out of the office and always makes rude remarks about my skin tags. She never follows up with any referrals and she faxed an order to an online pharmacy for me to start receiving diabetic test strips I Am Not A Diabetic.. Not a good doctor"

"She is the worst doctor I have ever had in the USA. She always asks personal questions which made me way uncomfortable. The nurses in the office are very unprofessional, and they comment on your health and weight unprompted. They have rescheduled my appointments automatically without consulting me and then charged me $30 when I missed them. Even if you are there on time of your appointment, you will wait for at least an hour in the waiting room and then, you wil go to one of the rooms inside and still wait there for an hour."
