"Dr burke is amazing and literaly saved my life and helped me when i need it !!! And krysta she is absolutely the best nurse she does alot... receptionist, nurse and she is very pleasant doing so !!! They both care very much , my scripts are sent before i leave and when i get to pharmacy they're usually there , the pharmacy is who usually makes me wait lol but i love my doctor and my nurse :)"

"Dr. Burke is a wonderful doctor. He listens, easy to talk too, and truly does want was is the best for his patients. However his staff, does not. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ran out of my prescriptions and had to go days without them because no one answers the phone. I’ve even had to go there on my lunch break to see what was going on and sometimes there would only be a receptionist there, who would then call the nurse Krysta and she just didn’t want to be bothered. She was always nice in person but anytime I spoke to her on the phone she was dismissive and passive. I’m on heart medication that I just cannot miss a dose of and there was no sense of urgency with her or the staff about that. I’ve also had many issues when they said they called it in and the pharmacy says they never received it. After months of this I had to find a new doctor. And it’s not because of Dr. Burke, it’s because of his staff which is incredibly sad."

"I would recommend Dr Burke to anyone. He is very kind and understanding and his NP is so nice; great understanding, caring doctors. The receptionist, you have to give her thumbs up too the whole staff are one of the best. She is as well so helpful and kind to everyone. The whole staff are great people. Understanding and very considerate."

"Is a very busy office. Dr Burke & his staff do their best to keep the wait time at little as possible however there usually is a long wait time. Most likely because of the majority of his patients go there for addiction medicine & there's a threshold for the # of people allowed for specific meds. The office staff is very knowledgeable. A few times medicine was not called in to the pharmacy but they quickly fixed the issue. The bathroom unfortunately isn't very clean. Dr Burke is professional & sensitive. I give 5 stars because the addiction medicine service they provide is much needed in our county. They are providing a service that very few doctors are willing to do in this county. For that, I'm thankful."

"Dr. Burke is a great doctor. He takes his time with each patient, which is why sometimes it may take a little bit longer to see him. I was properly diagnosed by this Doctor because of the time he took with me to listen. His nurse is outstanding and always calls my prescriptions in on time and right after I leave my appointments to the point that when I get out of her office and then travel to the pharmacy; my meds are done."
