"I love this office two years ago. Family ran, everyone very nice. It started a year ago I came in not feeling well and used the restroom. My daughter 3 at the time picked two small flowers the size of a quarter of an artificial plant. I seen she had them when we got home and I put them up . I received a call at 730pm from the office so of course I thought my test came back with something bad. Nope it was Matthew himself calling to ask for the flowers back ……. Ok got over that. I get it. The office recently opened an urgent care. One physician running a practice and urgent care. when I went for my appointment as a two patient I waited an hour to be seen. I was told by the staff this would be two appointments we would do pre op and lab results with discussion of meds. Matthew came in like a bat out of hell telling me I went over his head and made a poor choice in surgeon because he is tied with another surgeon. I informed him that his “contracted surgeon” would not take my case. I was very happy with whom I chose and it was referred by my other doctor. Matthew then refused to go over labs and meds. Told me he couldn’t address them and I could wait till September. This was in June when I seen him. He acted like a petty child. I was so thrown back by his behavior. I will admit up to that point I had nothing bad to say. Opening an urgent care on your own while having a practice was in poor choice. Your patients have suffered because of it. No phone calls back. Test results being unread for weeks. I never give a bad review for anything I just move forward. I am discussed by his behavior. I was in tears when I left with the way he treated me. I am a diabetic and this man would not speak of my medications or concerns until SEPTEMBER ! It’s a shame ."

"I would give 5 stars, but I have tried calling many time and no answers, or call backs.. I mean I love the dr, he’s great, but the office people need to do a better job at calling back."

"Matthew really cares and takes the time to listen to your concerns and really understands your medical needs. I fought with medical gaslighting from other doctors for years thus leading me to being untreated and overlooked. Matthew addressed my medical concerns appropriately and immediately. I am so thankful to be under his care. I absolutely highly recommend him for primary and dermatology care. Quality care that is not rushed and most importantly listened to and addressed."

I had a great experience & I actually switched my primary care to him. I love that on top of caring for my primary & dermatology needs, he also offers same day visit (urgent care) services for his patients. I definitely recommend!"
