"I have used this service very often, when dropping off a package yesterday the package receipt had ink that didn’t clearly print. When I called today I was told there was nothing they could do nor could they provide the tracking reference.This was a higher dollar item return so was concerned as to how would I know if it was received. I was told there was nothing she could do. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to and was told I was talking to the manager and nothing could be done. The person I was talking to was Claire. I’m now left not knowing if my package will get to its destination or if I will be refunded will be issued."
"Very friendly and helpful people inside the store. Fast and efficient!!! The location itself is a little confusing. At first it looks like just a drop box. But the store is here. Go to the right of the drop box about 50 feet to the main entrance. No actual markings are on the building, but the UPS store is inside, straight ahead :)"
