"The doctor himself, is fine... But his office is just terrible, every time when I call to make an appointment or get results the waiting time before speaking to someone is never less than 15mn. The receptionist is rude, twice I was go en the wrong information. I made an appointment and was sent to the wrong office only to get apologies later. Needed an MRI, they use their imaging facilities so they have to call you, when they did, they omitted to mention that I needed 2 tests. When I called back to see the Dr, they said they forgot to do the 2nd test.... Now I have to go back again and later try make another appt, which will take 17 minutes again of just waiting to speaking to the receptionists. Every time is something, the doctor might be okay, but dealing with his staff is impossible."
