Any company can offer all services but what makes the difference is who you hire to run it & service the patients needs. Here in the Riverhead office, we have these 3 that make the difference with their light hearted & professional ways of treating the patients, it puts this office over the top. Others I’ve interacted with in the Riverhead office such as the Dr are also top notch as well. Can’t recommend this location any more then I have now so definitely 5 strong stars. "Quantum physical therapy in Riverhead, has been the best experience and pivotal factor in my recovery after my car accident. Archie the main physical therapist who is extremely knowledgeable, not only motivates but makes your experience personable, which I have not experienced at any other physical therapy facility. Usually getting different aides every single time at other facilities, here I always get the same physical therapist with the same routine and track we talked about. Michele the receptionist, has really went out of her way to make sure all my paperwork with my job, car, accident, lawyers, and referrals to other doctors are taken care of and quickly received and delivered. Her clear passion for patients and her job comes across every time she greets you at the front door. The facility in general is extremely clean and I can continue to say more good things about it.
