"This is the first review I’ve ever written, but I feel it’s very important to warn others. Dr. Roe missed diagnosed my wife. He insisted that she needed surgery with the insertion of a plate and pins. He was rude to my wife who was in considerable pain after an accident but we figured that he was a good doctor and we relied on his opinion so we scheduled the surgery. We arrived at the hospital and my wife was prepped for surgery. When Dr. Roe arrived we asked some post op questions that seemed to annoy him. He abruptly said that he would not perform the surgery and just walked away leaving my wife in excruciating pain. He gave no explanation for his actions. We were both in complete shock as was the hospital staff. A few days later, we saw another orthopedic surgeon who told my wife she that it will heal on its own and that no surgery is needed. I repeat no surgery is needed! I am happy to say she is completely healed with full range of motion. If Dr. Roe had perform the surgery, we would have never known that she didn’t need it. She would have had to go through the trauma of an unnecessary surgery. Beware!"

"The most traumatic experience in my life. I saw Dr. Roe after breaking my shoulder. He said I needed surgery, it would never heal properly on its own. He never showed me the x-rays and put me in a bulky, uncomfortable sling. He showed no compassion and reprimanded me for asking the same question twice. The day of surgery we asked him some questions about post operative care. His answers were rude and condescending. The nurses were shocked. He abruptly proceeded to tell us that he will not perform the surgery, storming away without explanation. After two hours of begging him to do the surgery with the chief medical officer and head of nursing present, I was discharged. No surgery was performed. Four days later I saw a very experienced surgeon who explained everything clearly, sharing xrays and informed us no surgery was needed, it would heal on its own. Four months later I am 90% healed. Living my life pain-free and doing PT. Lesson learned always get a second or third opinion."

"Dr. Roe provided excellent care from diagnosis to treatment and a follow-up exercise conditioning program. He took the time to fully educate me on my injury so that with the knowledge of his comprehensive explanation I hope to avoid further injury and strengthen myself to be able to continue to enjoy an active lifestyle."

Dr. Roe is very friendly and professional. He helped us understand the situation more clearly and did an excellent job. His office is conveniently located and made the process much easier."
