"My family cannot be more thrilled to have Dr. Pachter caring for our parents. He has gone above and beyond in assuring that they are well taken care of. Knowing that he is there for us makes us rest easy. His team, especially **Josh**, are wonderful to work with, extremely responsive and accommodating. I can't speak more highly of the entire practice."

"Seemed professional and knowledgeable, but also your typical too-fast narcissistic doctor, won't take suggestions and puts you down at any chance he gets to. I've worked with far better social doctors who will actually sit with you a second and look you in the eye and treat you like youre an equal, I like to be presented with options. But if you need urgent care he did help me for a bit and with not much hesitation, afterwards there was nothing but put-downs and going back on what we had planned, despite my doing everything I was told. I suspect that won't be the case for everybody walking in, just a hunch I have. It seems either compassion or something else is lacking in the office when I went, I left feeling terrible about myself."

"I absolutely love dr pachter. He has been my primary care for a little over 2 years now and I also travel out east to see him. I have never had a problem getting an appointment or getting a call back. I also use public transportation to get out there and the office is pretty accommodating when it comes to being a little late as long as u call ahead of time. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Dr. Pachter has been my primary care physician for the last 5 years and he's the best for addiction/recovery. He's helped me beat Hep.C while on Medicaid. He'll fight the insurance companies like an attorney to make sure you receive the best treatment/medication. The fact that I repeatedly drive 50 miles out east to see him when I have plenty other options much closer, really shows that he's a 5 star doctor no doubt about it."

"I absolutely adore Dr.Pachter. I've been a patient of his for about 8 months now. I do thought feel the need to address his receptionist. Everytime I see this woman I am respectful and courteous. Over a month ago I missed an appointment which I called 20 minutes after I had missed. Besides the point I should of been there and I take responsibility for that. I was on day 9 of 9 working straight and the time slipped my mind. Still my bad but understandable. This woman could not of been ruder to me on the phone she made me feel like the scum of the earth which I don't feel I deserve. I assume she deals with a lot of characters working in that office but no one deserves that type of prejudice. She also continued to tell me she'd only get me in on November 7th which at that's time was over a month away to which I humbly accepted and then she hung up on me. I've been trying to let this go for months now and can't seem to shake it. I love Dr. Pachter and don't want to disrespect him or his staff and to my knowledge I haven't. My point for this review is to say what a good man you've been to me first and foremost and secondly that your receptionist with the short hair may thinks she knows everyone who walks through those doors but that's the furthest thing from the truth."
