"EDIT: The doctors office called me back to schedule an appointment. I am unsure if it has anything to do with this review, but I am happy the office made it right and got an appointment on the books. Thanks! EDIT: I have been seeing Dr. Messineo for some time now, and he is a very kind and compassionate Dr. Very happy to have him as my Dr. Pretty unhappy.. I was referred to this doctor and was excited to get in to see them. I call and am put on a waitlist and am told it will be about a month. A month goes by and I don’t hear anything so I call back, I am told that they’re really not accepting new patients but because I was referred she will take a look and call me back. 2 weeks go by and I do not hear anything. I call back this afternoon and am told that nothing was looked in to and to look elsewhere. Not a good experience at all. Very disappointed with how this was handled and will be looking elsewhere."
