"Patient treatment is appalling. It is difficult to schedule an appointment because the phone number reaches a call center, not the office directly. So I made an appointment in person with Alaina at the front desk in the office. I was given an appointment date 8 days in advance with Dr. Baffour, and provided an appointment card. 8 days later, I showed up for my 3:40 appointment at 3:25, and was told there was no record of my appointment in the computer. At this time, I showed proof of making the appointment by presenting my appointment card with the accurate date and time on it. The woman at the front desk got up to speak with Dr. Baffour about their scheduling error, and returned a few minutes later to inform me that Dr. Baffour said she was “wrapping it up for the day” and was refusing to see me. I stated that I showed proof of my appointment, and also pointed out that it was only approximately 3:30 with no other patients in the waiting room, and the board stated Dr. Baffour was working until 4:00, but absolutely nothing was done to accommodate me, and I was sent out of the office without even so much as an apology after waiting 8 days for an appointment. The stunning lack of care, concern, and responsibility displayed in refusing to honor an appointment card clearly made by their office, and to send a sick person who waited more than a week to see them is absolutely disgusting."
