It is unfortunate that he allows them to treat his patients this way and I may be changing my doctor solely because of their behavior. Saying "he's not your doctor anymore, try STAT health" A simple letter would have been nice. Now we are scrambling during the worst time. Office staff was rude and unprofessional"
