MinuteClinic at CVS

"Showed up, multiple representatives tell me I can get particular blood test done at the local CVS. Show up, I see a nurse, gives me the OK, then the doctor comes and tell me they don't do that particular blood test. Thanks for wasting my time! Bad service and false information about what particular tests are given at the minute clinic. If you need a very specific blood test done that is listed on the minute clinic site, most likely they won't do it because they're just trying to get clicks for their website and don't actually do those particular tests. Go to a PCP or ER if you can't get them done. Awful experience."

"So upset with how Ching-Yi Wu handled herself. I am mortified. I went to get my 2nd dose of the chickenpox vaccine (that was scheduled for me by the MinuteClinic) and was refused. When checking in, I accidentally marked I was sick, which was not the case. Ching-Yi Wu refused to give me the vaccine because she heard me sniffle. She had me wait 2 hours before doing a physical exam. After determining I was not sick, she still refused me and did not give me an explanation. I was trying to finish my second dose as scheduled, so I can move forward with other treatments I had scheduled. This will now delay me."

"Horrible experience. Last year they did my sons sport’s physical and cleared him to play football in middle school. This year we went again but they refused to fill out the school physical form and did not clear him to play any sports without a cardiac clearance due to medical history of a parent. Do you know how long it takes to get a appointment for a cardiac pediatrician…….. the season will be over. They need to hire people that speak understandable english. We couldn’t even understand her. 100 dollars down the drain and a waste of time…….. I do not recommend at all"

"Absolutely atrocious client/provider relations, long wait, and left me uninformed of required paperwork/history needed for a vaccine. After expressing my frustration about waiting 1/2hr after my appointment and also that I was not informed about bringing any paperwork before the appointment, in text or email confirmations or upon checkin, I explained that I would have someone text me a screenshot of the documents. Minutes later I was told that she “didn’t like my attitude” and would not see me. Find another spot to get your vaccines to save you the headache. CVS isn’t even directly affiliated with Minute Clinic, apparently."

"Brought in my 2.5 year old to get covid vaccine. I scheduled online and the whole process was smooth. The clinic is clean and no long wait line. Ms Jessica Flanagan is very professional and did wonderful job. My baby even didn't feel anything the injection was done so quickly. We definitely will return."
