"Waited almost an hour just to be seen for a regular physical. Receptionists Robin & Oliqua did not care about my concerns nor offered any help with rescheduling. Small waiting area, just bad service. Unhappy and not returning."

"The doctor himself is OK at most, no major issues with him. Sent me on a wild goose chase to see a specialist for an issue that wasn't within their practice. The days/hours of operation stink, wait time in the office can be a pain (even with an appointment), it can be a whole production to get a referral (pretty sure the one that handles referrals isn't there all 4 days they're open?), and they make it seem like the end of the world/shame you if you even consider coming over as a walk-in. They really need to be restaffed. I'd suggest going literally anywhere else."

"I called to make an appointment as a first time patient and was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes. Understanding that doctors offices can sometimes be extremely busy I hung up and called back, explained that I was put on hold for 10 minutes and would simply like to make an appointment. The receptionist that answered the phone then says, " Well yeah, she's (1st receptionist)on the phone right now" . "Hold on". And proceeds to put me on hold for an additional 20 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up! I can't speak about the doctor but the receptionists could be a little more considerate! Why couldn't the second receptionist schedule the appointment?"

"Doctor Thippeswampy is always very considerate and listen to any concerns. Staff is excellent, they will always try to book with your schedule. Very comfortable environment and clean!"

"I can't speak for the doctor himself yet - I've only seen him twice. He seems knowledgeable, but is pretty hard to understand. His staff, on the other hand - completely rude and nasty. I had an unexpected situation come up right before my appointment, I called to ask if I could re-schedule (a few minutes before my appt)...and the woman on the phone said, "Really? You are calling to cancel your appointment that is in THREE minutes??? In the future, can you give us more notice than THREE minutes?" I went to my appt, the doctor said to call with some numbers in a week...I just called, and the woman on the phone told me she can't stay on the phone with me all day taking numbers - can I fax it or drop it off? It seriously took all of a minute and a half to give her the readings for 1 week. It took MORE time to keep putting me on hold and complaining about how much time out of her day it was going to take up...give me a break."
