"They usually give me good customer service when I go in person but every time I call and ask if someone speaks Spanish so they can answer me on the call, they tell me wait a moment and leave me waiting for more than 10 minutes and then they hang up on me and when I call again They don't answer me, I call about 3 times at different times and they don't answer me anymore, it's happened to me 3 times and the same thing always happens, it doesn't cost them anything to say "no ma'am, there's no one who speaks Spanish." I simply call to make or change an appointment, I ask if anyone speaks Spanish because there is almost always a lady who speaks Spanish in the clinic and I prefer to feel more comfortable making/changing an appointment in Spanish, but if you told me that there is no one who speaks Spanish, I would try to make/change the appointments in English, it seems to me that a Spanish-speaking person lacks respect for me and that they prefer to hang up on me and no longer answer my phone than to tell me that there is no one who speaks in Spanish, if they don't like that a person Spanish speakers better call and don't answer any of them when they want to make appointments. And I mean the people who answer the phone don't know how to give good customer service, and if I call from a different number they answer but they don't answer me, and I'm not an annoying person, I'm just trying to make/change an appointment."
