At Spagnoli Physical Therapy, we specialize in utilizing the principles of Osteopathic Manual Medicine to enhance your body's natural healing processes. Our team of skilled therapists employs techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and joint mobilization/manipulation to improve mobility and promote recovery in the musculoskeletal system.
Understanding that every patient is unique, we tailor specific exercise programs to meet individual needs. These programs may include stretching and strengthening exercises, neuro-muscular re-education, spinal stabilization/core training, balance activities, or sport-specific rehabilitation. A key component of our approach is the Home Exercise Program, designed to continue your progress outside of the clinic and prevent re-injury.
Patient education is a cornerstone of our practice. We empower you with the knowledge and self-awareness necessary to maintain your health and prevent future injuries. As a proud member of the Hospital of Special Surgery Rehabilitation Network, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care.
Our clinic offers flexible hours to accommodate your busy schedule, operating from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm on Fridays, and 7:00 am to 11:00 am on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
