"I’ve been going to Dr Pincus for over 20 years and I love the one on one practice. You see her and only her she always listens to your concerns and works with you to fix them. She’s the only dr I know that calls with lab results and calls you the next day if you’re sick. I think she is one of the gems we have left in the medical field and her secretary is always so kind and fits you in all the time. I would say she’s one of the best yes she’s old school but atleast she cares and knows you as a patient. Definetely 5 stars."

"I do not understand the negative comments others have made. i had my "new patient" first appointment with Dr Pincus two days ago. Bob the office manager was very pleasant, made copies of my insurance cards and helped me fill out the paperwork. Dr pincus then saw me and spent 90 minutes with me, starting with a physical exam, then drew blood and obtained a urine sample, administering a pheumonia shot then spent literally more than an hour discussing my entire medical history, going back to a stroke I had suffered in 2001. I have never had such an extensive visit with any doctor. As she promised, she phoned me the next day with the lab results. A fantastic experience! Two thumbs up! Five stars !"

"I cannot believe people still go to this Doctor, she is old school has the records still on paper that you do not have access to and she gives an attitude when you ask for your own medical records!! My grandma was just there a few weeks ago and we called to get a prescription called in quickly because we forgot due to the thanksgiving holiday fought with us telling us we had to bring her in! She is in a wheelchair and it was thanksgiving holiday she needed her blood pressure medication and she wouldn’t call in a full script for her she is 93!! I’m changing Doctors asap"

"The worst doctors office I’ve ever went to. The receptionist is so rude and every time you call you get “Doctors office...please hold”. Today I had an appointment at 9:45 AM for fasting blood work and they were aware that I had a 10:30 am appointment .... somewhere else 20 minutes away. They said I would be out on time. I arrived at 9:45 and called to let them know that I was there and got “Doctors office...please hold.” At 10:07, I called them to find out how much longer and they said “your next we are running late”. I made a phone call to my home and they tried to call me and left a message saying “put your mask on and come in” (this was at 10:15 ). I put my mask on and attempted to come in and was greeted by the doctor with “go back in your car I already called someone else as you did not answer ...you can wait until they are done” and then the rude receptionist responded “no put her in a room and let her wait and she can just wait till we are done and be late to her next appointment” and I said “excuse me” with a confused look and she noticed and she said “just get out of here, just get out of here.” If your time is worth anything to you definitely do NOT use this doctors office!"

"Dr Pincus always calls you directly with all your blood work results and checks on if you are getting better. Even my husband who avoids all doctors loves her!"
