"Went to this doctor concerned about my diet years ago. Tried to go to someone that seemed familiar to me but was a mistake. Asked him a question and he gave me an offensive sexual gesture with his hands. I was harassed by him with this action and he also misunderstood my interaction with him. He asked me if I went to school as if my behavior was uneducated which it was not. That was simply asking a nutrition based question. He seemed unwise which was peculiar for his age and position in society. It’s disappointing seeing men not know how to maintain civility with women in the community."

"I was going to be a new patien t of Dr.Thompson. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment. After rearranging mine and my daughters schedule to keep my appointment I get a call 45 minutes before my appointment that it had been canceled. I know things happen but 45 minutes notice? I called 3 times for a new appointment and was told all 3 times that I would get a call back. I never did. I called a 4th times and was told I had to wait another 2 and a half months for a new appointment. Terrible customer service. I will now take my business elsewhere."

"I saw Dr. Thompson for years and finally got out after too many mistakes. He always thought he felt a goiter on my Thyroid, he sent me for a sonogram and there was nothing there. Year after year we'd go through the same thing. Then 2 major things happened. He prescribed me a medication. When I went back for the follow-up, I told him I needed a refill and he said he never prescribed that to me, 1. because he didn't have it in his records, and 2. because he wouldn't have prescribed it to me based on another medical condition. I just so happen to have the bottle on me and there in black and white was his name on it. The final straw was when he told me I had a heart condition after looking at my EKG. Not only did he tell me without any compassion, I also suffer from anxiety, deliver the news a little better instead of freaking me out! I went to a heart specialist and he took one look at the EKG and said it was on the wrong setting! Are you kidding me?! After practicing internal medicine for I'm sure over 30 years , you couldn't tell it was on the wrong setting and scare me like that?! That was the last day I saw him."

"Dr.Bruce Thompson has been my mother's primary doctor for many years. He is an excellent doctor who truly is keeping my mother alive. He is extremely patient and is a very good listener. I am grateful to him!"

"Went to get temporarily treated for anxiety, in between waiting months on end to find a psychiatrist. Ended up in the emergency room twice prior to my appointment and twice again after my appointment because he prescribed me the wrong medication. Very unprofessional doctor do not recommend this practice at all. On top of them booking me an emergency psychiatrist appointment that was not for a first patient consultation so they had to cancel on me. Will most definitely be changing my primary care doctor after this experience."
