"They were great until they got acquired. Once they got acquired they stink! In May 2024, I tried calling them to make an appt. No one in Port Jeff location called me back. I complained to Intake Mgr (Carina Yusupova) and Area Clinic mgr (Valerie Carter). I finally got a call back and arranged appt for August. I have a paper trail of my correspondences. Now today, August 17, 2024 I received a call they can't see me next week at 8am because they don't open at 8am and they can't put me in as the first appt. I tried to explain to Brianna RN who is a very rude snowflake (and that is putting it nicely) that I have an xray and cat scan scheduled after my appt and then have to get my child from camp. She didn't care and wouldn't move anyone but it is OK to move me who has had this appt since May. No way. I told her that was BS and that was too sensitive to her ears and she hung up. They have no understanding how unprofessional they are by not calling you back when you call for an appt and then not caring they have to move your appt. This place frustrates me to no end and they lack quality customer service. They dont want to hear about their mistakes and have no understanding how frustrating my situation has been since May. I refuse to take it and will call my Dr to change my treatment plan. They are not the only place to go to. I hope they go out of business."

"I was very impressed with the service and staff. It can be a scary experience but I was very happy with my appointment. Edit: Specialty was taken over by Vivo. My appointment with them is today. I don't think this new company is going to be efficient as they screwed up my July 2024 appointment twice."

"Absolutely horrible. Nothing but problems from day one. Supposed to get infusions for my crohns disease. Took a month just for them to set everything up. First appointment at 11 30 am. I sat until 230 waiting for the medicine to be delivered and they blamed fedex. Not very professional to schedule a appointment a week ahead of time and still not have the medicine in time. Second appointment was canceled 2 hours ahead of time saying again fedex was going to be late. Guess what? The medicine doesnt get shipped unless i ok it. It was delivered by ups over a week ago i have tracking info. I do not recomend anyone using this place. nothing but excuses. I Guess tge 10 ulcers inside me can wait until theyre ready to serve me"

"Great staff. I have problrm veins so needles can be traumatic. Especially with dysautonomia. It's a physical reaction, not phobic. The staff here is reliable good at what they do. Genuinely caring people. I've been to Port Jefferson & Syosset & met a lot of nurses. You can't ask for better! I wish there were more Port Jefferson hours available, there's only 1 day open, but they go out of their way to accommodate me! THANK YOU!"
