"Thankfully It has been many years since I’ve needed to see a neurologist & these Doctors have been very helpful but the one receptionist has never been more rude more obnoxious more unhelpful than I’ve ever dealt with a receptionist before. I originally called and spoke to a very nice woman but unfortunately got disconnected when I called back which took several tries because it kept on prompting me to put in Medicine renewal?? I asked to speak to the other receptionist & she was so rude… like I was annoying her? all she said was no appointments until December not even asking what my issue was or what was going on…. this is not the only problem I’ve had with this office. The receptionist has been extremely rude to my daughter and son-in-law They switched Doctors. Like I said unfortunately the doctors are good doctors but you do have to go through the receptionist first if the doctors do read this I would suggest going over some proper phone call etiquette"

"Called and scheduled appointment went at the designated time only to find out at the front desk there was no appointment scheduled. Front desk receptionist was rude didn’t offer and apology for their mistake. Talked to me like a child asking didn’t we read the signs on the front doors because my husband came in with me because sometimes I experience dizziness both of us were wearing masks.No paperwork was sent to fill out prior to my appointment and no confirmation of my appointment. My appointment was made only 1 week prior.The receptionist will lose a lot of patients due to lack of compassion and professionalism. Wish I could talk to the doctor to let him know his she is poorly running his office"
