"Dr. Rowe has a terrible bedside manner. She was very short and curt with me in front of my elderly Mother. When I couldn't read her first name on her shirt and I asked she said Germain but that's Dr. Rowe to you in a very rude manner. I spoke to Dr. Rowe on the phone before filling out this survey and once again she was rude and dismissive. I hope this is addressed as this reflects very poorly not only for Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group but for Northwell Health as well. Thank you."

"Doc Sam sonshen is a gifted surgeon who eased my pain and suffering that a bulging disc pressed up against my spinal cord was causing me. I couldn't walk I couldn't lay flat, and slept sitting upright for 3 months. Eventually they managed to find a slot for me and performed my surgery. Doc Sam and his team truly have me my life back as I can now walk pain free and am gaining more strength day by day. I would recommend them to family. "Was initially seen by Emily. She was very thorough and professional. An appointment was scheduled with Dr. Vincent Ruggiero to review my MRI and discuss the extent of my injury. Dr. Ruggiero couldn’t have been more caring and accommodating. He discussed various options, including recommending a brace to use while taking my previously scheduled European vacation. We review the specifics of my injury, potential surgical dates and recovery time, along with answering all my questions. After all that, he called me a few hours later to review the MRI report which wasn’t available at the time of my appointment. Dr. Ruggiero was outstanding and I couldn’t more highly recommend him."

"Not going here again, second doc that seems to be on a power trip. Didn't ask for MRI to see how bad my knee is before tell me to lose weight and stop smoking. I'm in a LOT OF PAIN. I took the bus 1 hr and 2 hrs waiting. What a waste of time. Very upset. I could have gone to the doc that is closer to me. But my doc recommended them."
