"I used to use this office but had to switch because not only is the front office employees insanely rude but the wait times are just hours. I used to love Dr. Maddela however I found her over the last few years to be seeing so many patients that she could not remember anything. Recently, my mother who also sees her for over a decade was really sick and Dr. Maddela could not even remember her history or the medications. It felt dismissive and truly disheartening. Stop double and triple booking people. The quality of the care has drastically decreased. Avoid this office!"

"Most ridiculous medical office I've ever been to. I made an appointment to be seen at 1pm. First I enter and the lady at the front desk coldly asks me "can I help you?" Me being a new patient I am thinking she will hand me over some paperwork to fill out and ask for my insurance card. Not what happened. Apparently you don't need to fill out any paperwork or even give your insurance card, I forgot we are 2023 most be a system that scans a person as they enter the of all their medicsl information. So I asked the lady how long until I am seen? I have two elderly couples ahead of me. That means I should be seen by 3. Moreover, when I said that I'm just here to fill out a form I can't wait that long , another lady at the front desk says outloud, "then tell her to leave" what kind of a business are you running here? I don't know how this office achieved their 4 stars. If the staff is like this than how do you expect the doctor to be?"

"It is hard to find a primary care DR. who cares. Dr Maddela is one of them. Never fell like I am being rushed. Always asks plenty of questions to help her with her diagnosis. The problem is you will have some wait in the waiting room. It is worth the wait"
