"Dr. Danny Munoz and his staff are so unprofessional and rude. I called a few days ago to make an appointment for my father who is a patient there and they put me on hold and later hung up on me. I was already disappointed, but I called later the same day to make the appointment for my father because he goes there. After I made the appointment, I requested to speak with the doctor because my father was finishing his pills, and he needed his prescription to be sent to the pharmacy as always, but the lady in the reception told me that my father needed to see the doctor. I tried to explain to her that my father already made an appointment and while he waits for his appointment something can happens to him if he does not take his pills because he suffers from high blood pressure and heart. Despite that, the lady told me first that the doctor was not in the office, and she put me on hold for so long again. Then, apparently the doctor was there, and he was on the phone with me. So, I was telling him that I already made an appointment and the Dr. Munoz cut me off, did not let me finish and said he was very busy, he won't send his prescription until he makes an appointment, he also said he will not listen to me and just like that hung up the phone on me. So, this " doctor" clearly does not have manners and does not care about his clients. All he cares is about money. He assumed I did not make an appointment for my father and did not listen to me. I am never bringing my father here anymore. I had the worst experience!"

"I am not a patient but my elder mom is and I'm the one who takes her there. Her 1st visit we did had to wait a while which I didn't appreciated but Dr Danny is such an attentive, kind an empathetic dr that it made out for the wait. The second visit practically was no wait. As I signed in and filled some papers they called her in. The nurses where kind and helpful. They made my mom feel great. As she put it I felt like an adult not a hopeless elder person. From the front window personnel, to the nurse taking her in and doing her vitals and the personnel giving us her prescriptions everyone is very kind and professional. I wish there was private parking and this would be beyond perfect. Lol I highly recommend Dr.Danny Ortiz"

"In my 28 years of life, I have to say Dr. Danny is the BEST doctor i have ever seen. He immediately showed his sympathy to my concerns, provided me with information and the tools to becoming better. I went in for neck and back pain and he recommended different techniques/advice to getting better. Even with no guarantees he made me feel a lot better than I did walking in. My appointment was not rushed, and he made me feel sane leaving his office. Very grateful for him."
