"At the beginning when I first went to see Dr Tasharofi, it was excellent but unfortunately I recently broke my toes I should say and his office staff was not cooperating with me they literally told me the office was closed on a Saturday when the medi center was ACTUALLY still available all I needed was a prescription filled because I couldn't take the pain and I could not get to the medi center it's a shame to know that such a good has such lousy it was the answering service that said that the medi center was closed, I would like to put an alert out for anyone and everyone who goes to that clinic make sure that you are able to personally attend the office"

"This has been my primary care doctor since 2017. I discovered it and absolutely loved it, so much so I brought my family of (7) here right away. They had a in house eye doctor and podiatrist as well. But a few months later their podiatrist advised me to get a insert confused if I would be covered she assured me it was. Once the insole came in I referred her a few of my family members and than she ended up getting them some as well. A few weeks later I'm in for a reg visit and I'm hit with a 500$ bill. After I request to speak to the podiatrist she apparently no longer works there. That was my first bad experience which wasn't bad until I was refused further appt until I paid what was completely bs. In terms of the service at this office the front desk workers are completely unprofessional screaming at visitors as well as the fact that they never answer the phone EVER. My wife and I was scheduled for an appt today at 945 am. I got a automated call Monday to confirm than a text to confirm. However the automated message said a diff time than the text so I proceeded to call the main off SEVERAL TIMES TO HEAR A BELL AND MUSIC AND WAIT TIME. I kept trying and nothing. I attached a pic for your record. I than went in 930 hoping to just stick to the appt I set when I called and they confirmed only for the front desk lady to say it's not today. I asked and showed her proof she than said it wasn't her who scheduled the appt so she doesn't know..... I had to get an MRI script for my wife and they didn't do that all they said they could do was blood work and I wasn't even able to meet the doctor. In terms of the service this place is horrendous and you should stay away they have 3 other offices you should check before proceeding with appt. the doctor however is nice and knowledgeable but he rarely meets with you it's mainly an assistant. I am moving my family of 7 and the friend I referred. This is unacceptable."
